Other Classes #1

I can’t wait until accounting class Tuesday. I am really looking forward to it. I took a class in high school, my senior year, and that is what really helped me to decide that that is what I want to pursue as a career. I do not know exactly what makes me enjoy it so much, maybe it is the fact that I had a really good teacher back then and have one now, or maybe it is just because I actually understand it. everyone thinks that accounting would be hard because they say "too much math" or things like "too many numbers", but I think as long as you follow along with the instructor and the book or even just get some hands on experience, it is actually easier then it seems. Also I think that the math is relatively simple, all it is is adding and subtracting. I think people get scared of it because they see all of the numbers and words and it takes them back to algebra with a mean teacher or some bad experience they had in math. If they try it I know that they would not find it so threatening and maybe even come to like it. It is something that I look forward to every Tuesdays and Thursdays. It stinks though because it is my first class so I am always tired and just want to sleep but other than that I try to keep my eyes open, pay attention, and go through the class with a happy go lucky spirit.
